I Excel 2016 for this course. However, the vast majority of users can get by with Excel 2010 and later. In two instances, very small features I present will only be available to Excel 2013 and later–and I make those clear in the lessons. Neither instance however is a deal breaker that would prevent you from producing great work.
Excel 2007 and earlier are not supported. You may be able to follow along with Excel for Mac. However, some key strokes and the locations of certain features will be different. That said, I’ve helped many Macintosh users in my one-on-one courses, so it’s possible. But you’ll save yourself significant headache by using a Windows version.
