Landed in NYC Today for Modeloff
And I’m very anxious to get started. Jordan and I are holed up in a basement in Brooklyn. When I got here, I wasn’t sure I was in the right place. Jordan wasn’t here.
But then I found several copies of Advanced Excel Essentials book strewn about the place. Like Hansel and Gretel leaving breadcrumbs for the path back home.
So I guess I’m in the right place.
I’ve Had Some Time to Ponder
Or think… or recalculate… or whatever it is analyst do.
These Modeloff finalists are coming from all over the globe. Some of them may take an entire day to get here. From Kiwis, to Indians, to Russians, to Chinese. They are from all parts of the globe. Oh yeah… Clark Kent is also coming here all the way from the Fortress of Solitude.

So… tomorrow I meet up with Jordan and Oz and the Modeloff organizers Johann, John and Matthew. We will go over logistics and structure out what the weekend will look like and the best times to capture video content.
Friday Night
Then tomorrow night there is a “Finance and Financial Modeling Innovation Evening presented by ModelOff and NYSSA”(New York Society of Securities Analysts) event — how cool is that?
