How do I sign in to Excel TV Academy?
Academy is hosted at academy.excel.tv. Sign in with the email you used when you purchased. If you forgot your password, use the reset link on the sign-in page — it sends a recovery email within a minute or two.
I bought a course but I can't access it. What do I do?
Email support@excel.tv from the address you used at checkout, or send a message below and include the purchase email. We re-link purchases manually within one business day.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within our published refund window. Email support@excel.tv with your order details and a sentence on why you're requesting a refund — we'll confirm eligibility and process the refund the same way you paid.
How do I install Power Pivot in Excel?
Power Pivot is bundled with Excel 2013+ Professional Plus, Office 365 ProPlus / E3 / E5, and Microsoft 365 Apps for Business. You enable it under File → Options → Add-Ins → COM Add-ins → Power Pivot. We have a step-by-step walkthrough in the blog — search "Power Pivot install".
Can I download course videos for offline use?
Videos stream from the Academy player and aren't available as standalone downloads. If you're traveling without reliable internet, queue the lessons in your browser while you're online — most modern browsers cache the active stream for a short window.
Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?
Yes. Email support@excel.tv with your team size and the courses you're interested in, and we'll send a quote within one business day. We also do custom onsite and remote training engagements.
